All risks must submit a completed Miscellaneous E&O Application. Although Specialty Global will consider a wide variety of risk classes as shown on the Risk Eligibility page, it has developed Supplemental Applications for the specific classes identified below. If the Applicant falls into one of the classes shown below, the applicable Supplement for that class should be completed and submitted in addition to the Miscellaneous E&O Application. All other classes only need to complete the Miscellaneous E&O Application.
