Those risks providing expertise and information on a wide range of topics to their clients, with expertise often focused on management, business processes, human resources, or strategic planning.

Marketing and Media Services E&O
Those risks involved in the creation or distribution of information about their clients' products or services. These classes share a common exposure to personal injury torts and intellectual property exposures such as copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Miscellaneous E&O
Those risks in other service sectors not identified in the other classes, including, but not limited to, real estate related risks, claims adjusters, collection agents, etc.

Technology and Internet E&O
Those risks actually performing and providing technology related services or products to others, including design, development and distribution of technology-related services and products, risks providing products and services to internet users or those risks disseminating content or data over the Internet.
